Maintaining your mental health is critical during this time, and Mitch discusses how you can make it through while maintaining your relationships and your outlook on life. Meet Guest Presenter Mitch Isle

Mitch Isle is a Licensed Professional Counselor, psychotherapist and expert in anxiety and stress resolution. He is trained in Somatic Experiencing, a mind and body-based therapy approach used to help others heal trauma and stress reactions, and develop self-awareness, emotional capacity and resiliency.

Mitch is the Founder of Communion Collaborative, a therapy and wellness practice providing whole-person care and professional collaboration. Its long-term vision is to also provide free mental health counseling and psychoeducation services for the community.
