Each group will be run by a consultant

Workshop Layout by Week – Thursdays June 4th thru June 25th
Week 1
In week 1, we will work on defining your vision and visual voice; what is your emotional & physical brand? We will also start to establish your positioning statement.

Week 2
During week 2, we will select your marketing campaign imagery and craft time appropriate subject lines to gain the attention of creatives.

Week 3
This week, we will focus on defining your target market and building a targeted list for your email promos and direct mail campaigns. We will also dive into the backend of Agency Access and build custom marketing lists and compile your list of dream clients.

Week 4
As we enter our final week together, we will discuss the steps needed to bring your vision to market through email promotions and other channels. During this time we will also review the differences between custom designs versus a template for emails as well as how to utilize LinkedIn and Instagram to their fullest potential to help market yourself and your business.

In addition to our 4 weeks together, we will also be offering a $350 discount on select consulting products as well as our North American Database.

About The Consultants
The Consultants of Agency Access is made up of Jennifer Kilberg, Lynn Kyle, and Karen D’Silva. Together we have worked in all areas of the industry as Photo Editors, Art Producers, Stock Agents, Artist Representatives, Trend Forecasters, Producers, and Photographers. Sitting 30,000 feet over the creative marketplace, we are creative marketing consultants connecting with photographers, illustrators, directors, and designers from all over the globe. This real industry experience gives us special insight and understanding of what buyers and clients are looking for. Together we work with clients to collaborate on portfolio development, marketing strategies, as well as visual brand evaluation. From seasoned professionals and new “it” content creators to emerging talent, we give you what you need to be relevant and get hired

Jennifer Kilberg
The ability to recognize a client’s needs and find a clear path to success is one of the many intangibles that Jennifer Kilberg provides. With eighteen years’ experience in the industry as a buyer and photo editor to name a few, she provides a unique insight and remains a source of inspiration to her loyal (and growing) client base.

Karen D’Silva
Karen D’Silva is one of today’s most influential creatives. She has made a career out of deciphering the commercial photography industry, starting in the stock world as an Editor, Art Director, and finally Creative Director for Photonica. Today, Karen brings her unique talents to Agency Access as a Consultant and lecturer.

Lynn Kyle
Lynn brings a unique combination of agency and production experience to Agency Access. She’s intimately familiar with the business end of commercial photography and illustration and over the last two decades, has worked with high-profile artists as an Art Buyer, Producer, and Artist Rep at top firms including Leo Burnett Chicago.
