Does your website tell clients who you are or only what you do? At the bare minimum include a short bio and a headshot.  Better yet? A short video (no more than 1.5 or 2 minutes) showing you at work.  Why? Because even before calling in a book or considering someone’s work, it’s helpful to get an idea of personality…rather like on-line dating!
