Join ASMP/NANPA Seattle-Northwest for our third Summer Bash. We’ll be at Nate Gowdy’s studio in the International District.

Nate will open the evening with an informal talk about his work documenting the events of January 6, 2021, reflections on where we are today, and how current events are shaping his next projects. Expect a mix of storytelling, commentary, and behind-the-scenes insights.

For context ahead of the event, he recommends reading his February piece for Columbia Journalism Review:

After Nate’s talk we’ll dive into dinner and networking.  Burgers, hotdogs, a veggie option and beverages will be available outside on the deck.

Because of the popularity of this event and the size of Nate’s studio we are capping attendance at 45.  Please RSVP by July 25th.

Nate’s studio is located in the International District. Parking and entry instructions will be emailed to those who’ve registered the day before the event.
