Print Swap & Holiday Party

**Clarification:  For this event you only need to bring one photo.  There will be a process for swapping photos to make it as fair as possible for all.**

Please join us on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 as we gather to celebrate the holidays.  We’ll be swapping prints – a great way to give yourself a gift and to get to know local photographers and see their work!

PCNW has graciously allowed us to use their facility for our event.  We will be inviting PCNW Members and the event will be open to other photographers who would like to participate.

(Light) food and beverage will be provided.

PCNW is offering participants special pricing on Fine Art paper when using their Printing Services.  Details regarding the special pricing (cost and how to access) will be emailed to event registrants starting November 1.  The pricing is good for one image only.  You are not required to use PCNW’s services, this is a benefit they are offering to participants that you may elect to use. If you choose to use the PCNW’s services images must be submitted to them by November 25th.

For the swap, we strongly suggest images be sized between 8″x10″ up to 11″x14″.  All processes are welcome.  Images should not be framed.

The actual swap process will be explained the night of the event, but you will need to be present by 6:30 pm to participate.

The event is free for ASMP/NANPA and PCNW Members.  There is a $10 charge for all other participants.
