Join us for an in-person Gear Swap & Sale, a community-driven marketplace for photographers to buy, sell, and trade photo gear face-to-face.

This is a relaxed, open-space event where members and local photographers can connect, browse, and find new homes for well-loved equipment. Expect everything from cameras and lenses to film, lighting gear, accessories, and more.

For Those Who Want to Sell Gear

We’re offering a limited number of “seller” spaces for individuals who want to sell or trade their photography gear in person.

How it works:

• Seller Spaces are FREE!!
• Seller Spaces are available to ASMP / NANPA members and those who aren’t members.
• Sellers must sign up in advance to reserve a space; space is limited
• Each seller provides their own small table (up to 4 feet wide)
• After submitting the sign-up form, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 1–2 business days letting you know if your space is approved. Please only RSVP for one of these slots if you are 100% sure you can be there. If you do sign up and something changes please let the ASMP team know.
