2026 ASMP/NANPA Annual Slideshow

We’re excited to announce the 2026 ASMP/NANPA Slideshow!
A rotating slideshow will share a selection of your best work while we enjoy a fun night out with fellow creatives. Additionally, each person who submits images will provide a short, 30-second intro for their images during a presentation. The presentation will begin at 6:15 pm so plan to arrive by then.
Members attend for FREE (including +1), non-members $15. Ticket includes taco bar; one wine, beer, or hard cider; and soft drinks. Additional beverages available for purchase.
Submission Guidelines
All ASMP/NANPA members in good standing can submit to the show. By submitting images to the slideshow you agree to give ASMP Seattle Northwest the right to display the slideshow for the remainder of 2026 in members-only areas of the website or at ASMP events. If you do not wish to grant this right, please do not submit images to the slideshow.
Each member can submit up to 9 slides plus a title slide.
Slide specifications:
For best results, submit your slides at 1920px horizontal by 1080px vertical, in the sRGB color space. The files must be JPG format; dpi settings are not critical, if in question use 72dpi.
Title slide: Include your name, contact info, and website or social media info.
Image slides: Submit up to nine slides.
- Each slide should be named: <lastname>_<firstinitial>_<sequence>.jpg (e.g. austin_w_01.jpg).
- Do not watermark your slides. Use the TITLE metadata field for how you want your name displayed on each slide.
- In Lightroom use the TITLE field
- In Photoshop go to DESCRIPTION > Document Title (found under File > File Info.)
- We encourage you to also put that information in the metadata (IPTC) for completeness and in case the filename is accidentally changed
- We do not recommend more than one image per slide. Simple is most effective, as the slides change fairly quickly
Send images in a .zip file, titled with your name, to asmpseanw@gmail.com no later than Friday, March 6. Entries received after this time are not guaranteed inclusion in the show.
Continuing This Year
Last year we added presentation time for each person to introduce their images and will continue that this year. Please be prepared to give a short description of the images you submitted. This is an intro to the images, not a slide-by-slide description. Please confine your intro to ~ 30 seconds. We hope this presentation section will encourage more feedback and interaction between members!

About the Location
University Heights is a secure building so please enter through the Southwest door (✩ on the map) where people will be stationed to let you in. Once inside, take the stairs or elevator (ask for the code) to the 2nd floor. You’ll find us in the large room at the North end of the building. Free parking is available on site, after 5:00 pm in the South lot and after 6:00pm in the North lot, and on surrounding streets. There are North, South and West parking areas on site.
