My background is in photojournalism, although I also have worked as an editor in stock photography. I am basically self-taught, but have received much-needed and much-appreciated guidance from Will Counts, Bruce Davidson and Charles Harbutt. My work has not been curated into a show in many years, since I rarely exhibit. In the past I’ve had work shown in Bloomington Ind., Indianapolis, Washington DC, Grand Rapids, Detroit, Dallas, San Jose and Fort Worth.
