Photo Walk in Pittsburgh’s Frick Park

Join Don Orkoskey of WDO Photography for his weekly nature photo walk through the wilds of Frick Park. Frick offers an abundance of wildlife, flowers, and more to photograph. Don has been guiding walks through the park since March, photographing there for 20 years, and teaching budding nature photographers since 2007. Meet Don at the fountain by the Frick Environmental Center, (2005 Beechwood Blvd.) Sept. 25th at 9:30 on for a special ASMP Pittsburgh member’s walk. We’ll start in the meadows behind the fountain then venture deeper into the woods. We’ll find lots of flowering plants, insects, birds, and mammals, interesting landscapes, and street style photo ops. Bring your macro setup and/or a super tele to capture everything or just come walk around and be sociable with your fellow ASMP members.
No registering necessary for this event…. just come!
