About Our Speaker: Paul Barton
As the owner of Phoenix Public Speaking, Paul Barton works with business professionals who are going places and don’t want public speaking to hold them back. Through workshops and personal coaching sessions, Paul has helped hundreds of people reach their public speaking goals.
With a long history in the corporate world, Paul knows what it takes to make a great business presentation. Before launching Phoenix Public Speaking, Paul had a successful 20-year career leading communication teams at six fast-growing Fortune 500 corporations including PetSmart, APS, Phelps Dodge Mining Company, America West Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, and Avnet. Those experiences led him to write what is now the No. 1 book on employee communication on Amazon.
Paul is accredited by the International Association of Business Communicators and he is a member of the National Speakers Association of Arizona. He is listed in the Phoenix Better Business Bureau Speaker’s Bureau and he is a frequent workshop partner with the Phoenix Business Journal. Paul has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Iowa State University and a Master’s degree in Communication from Hawaii Pacific University.
