I am a lifestyle and people photographer working mostly in the corporate and advertising arenas. My business philosophy is to treat people the way you would want to be treated. That goes for both clients and vendors. I try to do my very best on every job no matter how big or small in order to develop long term, profitable relationships.
Major Pharmacy Chain
This particular shoot was part of a campaign of 6 separate shoots, all which were estimated and billed individually. participates financially in many community based programs and wanted to highlight this fact in some of their advertising. These images were used to show those programs they sponsored.
The job was booked through the pharmacy’s lead agency, . I have had a business relationship with them since my shooting career started. has an excellent art-buying staff that is very organized. They use purchase orders and job numbers. I have always accepted either a signed estimate or a purchase order as confirmation for a particular job.
The final invoice is less then the estimate because we had fewer production-related costs at the end of the job. Both documents are shown below.
NOTE: The usage was about to run out on this image when the client renegotiated a new license agreement for Unlimited use, unlimited time at a cost of $15,000.
