Pamela Jean Tinnen, Curator of Public Art NYU Kimmel Galleries, NY, NY
Pamela is a curator and writer based in New York. She has worked for over a decade as a curator specializing in public-art at NYU, as well as for contemporary art galleries. Her artistic, academic and curatorial interests most often engage photography, noir-theory, dark-tourism, aesthetics and visual-culture. She holds an MA in Museum Studies from New York University, and a BA in Literary Criticism from the University of South Florida.
Currently, she is working on her first novel. Following a great literary tradition of writers who got the hell out of New York City, Pamela currently resides on a lake in the Catskills with her husband and their adorable rat-terrier rescue named Enzo, who they really thought would have gotten bigger by now.
