If you haven’t already noticed, the days of the hero image are over. Thanks to the constant evolution of social media in our daily lives, the advertising industry has changed significantly over the last few years and content has become king. Brands are now belief systems. As creatives who are experiencing this increasing demand for content first hand, how can we adjust to accommodate these needs and propel our own brands to thrive?
Creative Consultant and Photographer’s Agent Stacy Swiderski will discuss Brand Narrative photography and how it can be used to maximize your portfolio. She will also share tips on keeping up with the advertising industry’s ever growing demand for content. Class participants are encouraged to submit their websites upon signing up for this class as select portfolios will be discussed as time allows.
Stacy Swiderski is a Philadelphia based Creative Consultant and Photographer’s Agent with an extensive background in commercial photography, education and consulting. She’s worked with hundreds of photographers from all parts of the globe during her time in the industry – helping them with projects like photo editing, brand strategy, web and print edits, marketing campaigns and creative coaching. When she’s not participating in panels or reviews, you can find her marketing her roster of photographers at Philly Reps, coaching emerging photographers at her own brand, or working on the launch of a new educational project. She holds an MPS in Digital Photography from The School of Visual Arts and a BFA from Parsons School of Design.
