History of Photography – Live Online Course at The Griffin Museum
The Griffin Museum of Photography has a new, LIVE online, 12-week course on the History of Photography, taught by Rachel Boillot. The course will run from 6:30-8:00 Eastern Time on Monday evenings from March 4 – May 20, 2019.
This course surveys the history and development of photography from the 1830s into the twenty-first century, examining new technologies and styles such as documentary, portrait, and landscape photography. The course unfolds chronologically and will consider the relationships between photography and other artistic media at every juncture.
