The Panel:

Chelsey Werth – Content Producer; Colle McVoy
Chelsey is a producer,  photographer, creator, mother of five, and modern day ‘Martha’. A grandma trapped in a 30 year old’s body; my hobbies include gardening, cooking, baking, sewing, painting, and creating floral arrangements. I am drawn to finding creative solutions and making sure that every person and brand I work with is getting the very best experience from start to finish. Oh, and freshly baked muffins on set 😉

Bobbi Peacock – Freelance Producer
I have been a freelance print and motion producer for the past 22 years and have produced locally in MN as well as around the country in such locations as NYC, LA, Palm Springs, Phoenix,Tucson & Austin. In addition, I have produced in Mexico and executive produced various photo shoots internationally. My forte has always been location shooting but I am equally savvy in the studio producing for crews from five to fifty. Clients include Target, BestBuy, P.F. Chang’s, Marriott Hotels, SoundCloud, ExtremeMac, Cedars Sinai, TDK, DuPont, Lifetime, Subaru, Sygenta, among many others. I have also been working as Freelance Art Producers to various ad agencies in town for the past decade or so.
I pride myself on giving my clients, brands, photographer/director and crews the very best experience for their shoots! I love when great creative comes together with a great team.
Prior to commercial production, I was Assistant Director of The Fahey/Klein Gallery in Los Angeles for five years. I worked with such names as Herb Ritts, Peter Lindbergh, Mary Ellen Mark, Sante D’Orazio, and Helmut Newton among others. My passion for fine art continues to inspire my commercial endeavors in working with photographers that strive for the best images personally as well as professionally. I continue to consult with photographers on their fine art endeavors and still sell fine art photography to collectors in my past time.
Separately from my experience in the commercial and fine art world, I volunteer with the homeless population in and around Minneapolis. I also bring “the arts” into the elementary schools with the wonderful program sponsored by the MIA titled “Art Adventures”.
When not producing, I’m a very lucky single mom to three beautiful girls! We camp, hike, read and explore in our past time. We live in Rosemount, MN with our cat Kimmel.

Dave Lewis – Senior Content Producer; Carmichael Lynch
I’m interested in learning, change, and collaboration. Embracing change and working with others is foundational. It’s similar to a story circle where people share, listen to each other, and the individuals and the group grow stronger.
What’s the next right thing to do? What are the best choices for the work? These are questions I ask myself each day, and they help me keep connected, learning, and evolving.

Kelsey Lee – Photographer
Hey, I’m Kelsey Lee and I am a twin cities based commercial photographer specializing in fashion, beauty, and product photography. I’ve worked with clients such as Fabletics, People Magazine, Crocs, and Target. I picked up a camera 12 years ago shooting weddings and made the transition into commercial photography in 2016 by intentionally using social media, SEO, and word of mouth. I can’t wait to connect with you!

Sara Rubinstein – Director/ Photographer
Sara Rubinstein is a commercial Director and Photographer with 23 years of experience.
Her team is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Sara Rubinstein is a commercial director and still photographer based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her work combines elements of authenticity, emotional range, beauty and thoughtfulness. These elements combined have earned Sara accolades from Communication Arts, APA, ASMP, One Eyeland, Shots Magazine, South x Southeast, American Photography, Leica Camera, AdFed, and clients worldwide.
Sara graduated from Carleton College in 1998 with a degree in Biology and a minor in German. It took a 6 month stint as a computer programmer before Sara found commercial photography, starting off as a photo assistant until transitioning to full time shooting back in 2002. She thinks that degree in Biology has come in handy as a director/photographer, particularly when working in the Medical and Agricultural sectors. Years as a still photographer led to directing motion pieces focusing on authentic emotion and thoughtful
story. Sara works as both a director and still photographer, utilizing the talents of dedicated DPs and fellow still photographers on commercial productions. For motion work Sara is represented by broadcast production company www.howdygang.com.
On set Sara’s ability to work with both actor talent and real people shines. Her expertise in directing subjects to find channels to emote authentically in front of the lens is evident throughout her body of stills and motion work. Sara’s love for expression, authenticity and beauty, but most of all, for narrative arc and storytelling, can be seen clearly in all elements of her work.
Personally, Sara is the mother of two children that appear throughout her personal work. Her passions include photography (truly!), riding horses, travel (follow her recent journeys with her family throughout South America) and anything active and outdoors.
Sara lives with her husband, children and one parakeet near downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota.
