On March 19th, 2026, the US Copyright Office (USCO) issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) that outlined the results of a new Fee Study and proposing new fees for copyright registration. PDX Squared 2026 Now Open For Registration! In Portland, Oregon on May 15th and 16th, come and take part in one of the most unique (and fun!) photo experiences in the country with creativity and community to inspire the images you will make!
