Had 4 area creatives from different backgrounds come and give 5-minute portfolio reviews.
How many people were needed to produce the meeting, and what were their tasks?
Three people put on the program: one person handled the emails, RSVPs, and securing the panelists; one person secured the food; and one person handled the check-in. The studio had everything set up when we arrived

We paid the panelists a $50 stipend. Food worked out to be about $5-$7 per person.

Approximately 20-30 people attended. Fees were:
$10.00 Non-member Students;
