Hello student photographers! Our LA chapter wants you to know about actual resources that will help you become the best professional you want to be. I wish I knew about this when I was a student. I’m certain I would have had a more robust practice, sooner, as a result.
Last week I reached out to USC Annenberg Assistant Professor of Professional Practice / Photojournalism Professor, Miki Turner, to ask if I could visit her class to share with them the benefits of ASMP-LA Student membership. She, herself, is an ASMP member!
It was a joy to be there! I will next be visiting with College of the Canyons’ Parallax Photo Club on May 12th to talk to them, and participate in their annual portfolio review.
