CASE ACT TODAY

The Case Act-our once-in-this-lifetime chance to set up a small claims option for copyright infringement is being announced at the Senate today, May 1st!
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
We need photographers, videographers, writers, painters – anyone who is affected by copyright – and their families to write a letter to our Senators. We hope to flood them with letters throughout May with real examples of showinghow copyright infringement has affected your business.
Here you will find a template to guide you in your letter writing, an example letter from Past-Chair Jenna Close (who testified before Congress on the The Case Act in September), and some talking points should you wish to ask your family and friends to contact the Senator as well.
