Gene’s experiences advocating on behalf of professional photographers — in negotiations with major publishers, before Congressional Committees, and during hearings at the U.S. Copyright Office — have given him a unique understanding of the forces at play, the pressure points that remain in the marketplace, and what photographers can do to overcome them.
