Members who signed up for auto renewal payment plans need to confirm that payment information is updated in membership accounts for the 2017 renewal year. Prior auto renewal policy only prompted renewal for a two year period. Now that we are outside that window, please login and select the auto-renewal option to activate it going forward. Auto-renewals may not have been automatically charged for 2017 membership. Please update your credit card information in your profile immediately so we can bring your status current for the 2017 membership year.
You can do this in two ways:
A: Log in to your account and select the ‘Pay Invoice’ button. Click on the ‘Pay Installment’ dropdown menu and select your payment amount. Add to cart and complete the checkout process. (A visual guide to the process is available online.)
B. Call Molly Costilow, ASMP Member Services, at 877-771-ASMP (2767), Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM EST.
Completing this membership renewal process will update your credit card information, and please know that your personal and financial information will be secure in accordance with best practices for PCI compliance, and will remain secure and confidential.
