Women in Photography: An Intimate Conversation

Join ASMP Connecticut for an evening of connection and discussion with a selection of leading women photographers, editors and art directors. The event will begin with a social half hour so you can meet your peers and share your promo cards, if you’d like to. Following the social portion, we will have a panel style moderated discussion, all meant to inspire, educate and create an open dialogue about the state of photography in CT.

Our panelists will include:

Heather Marcus, Photo Editor at Yankee Publications

and Photographers Jane Beiles, Gale Zucker, Allegra Anderson and Lea Riveccio, moderated by Photographer and ASMP CT President Julie Bidwell

The discussion will cover topics such as:

• Personal tips and struggles in building a successful photography business in Connecticut
• How to find your own voice and stand out
• Staying relevant in an ever changing market
• Collaborating with other industry leaders
