Julie Bidwell, is a commercial and editorial photographer shooting food, interiors, and portraits. I work with a wide range of clients in the Northeast and beyond. As an art major at Syracuse University I picked up a camera for the first time and have been obsessed with photography ever since. I love the history, the humble beginnings and the amazing technology we have today. An active member of the photo community and mentor to young photographers. When not shooting you’ll find me on a kayak from May to November, picking up ephemera on walks, browsing junk stores or making stuff in the pottery studio.

Since 2008, Chris has been an active member of ASMP Connecticut, supporting the organization on many of the technical aspects of running the Chapter. Chris has been a commercial editorial and event photographer and videographer since 2003, producing imagery for large corporations, community organizations, and private clients including ComCast, The Travelers, Wadsworth Atheneum, GLAD, Hartford HealthCare, and more. He found his interest in photography as a kid watching his dad enjoy it as a hobby, and has loved it ever since. Aside from photography, Chris enjoys cooking and the outdoors – and especially combining the two to prepare open-fire meals for his son on camping trips.
