Connecticut Art Directors Club Recognizes CT ASMP Member with Silver Awards

The CADC awarded CT ASMP member Bob Handelman with 2 silver awards for photography and self promotion at their annual awards celebration.
My vision for the photo project:  So often we really don’t know who lives in our midst.  In my new passion project; Americana; Know Thy Neighbor I set out to introduce fascinating folks who live inspiring lives promoting community in unique ways.  I captured the daily doings of Louisa Conrad and Lucas Farrell owners of Big Picture Farm in Vermont, an amazing award winning goat farm producing artisanal caramels and farmstead cheeses.
My goals for the promo:  Long overdue introduction of an established photographer to a new audience of CT creatives by way of a personal project. Showcased storytelling photography through an inviting design/packaging of the promo that engaged recipients in unfolding steps with a payoff of a Big Picture at the end and rewarded with unbelievably delicious goat milk caramels.
