This two-part event will teach participants how to capture images of the night sky, including a presentation on camera settings, tools, and planning dark sky shoots.

Hundreds of skiers and riders in Santa suits ski down the slopes of Crested Butte Mountain Resort, after a priming at the Ice Bar (Uley's Cabin), in an effort to break the world's record (again) for the most Santas on skis. The Ice Bar also served up the first of five drinks offered in the Santa Pub Crawl.
