	Rick Souders, owner of Souders Studios, is very well respected worldwide for helping food and beverage clients elevate their brands. Rick is an honors graduate of the Art Center College of Design and has been a part of many award-winning ads, campaigns and cookbooks. Rick is truly known an artist in the realm of food photography.  He is a master with lighting, color, texture and composition.  In the Denver, Colorado area, Rick is known as “the Mile High Food and Beverage Guy.”  Rick has spent his career giving back.  He has lectured about lighting, food and beverage photography, self-promotion, running a successful studio and finding your niche.  He is on the Board of several non-profits.
	JYOTI PANDYA, ESQ. With more than 15 years of practice, Jyoti is an expert in intellectual property with a passion for helping her clients navigate the complex legal arena. Jyoti has handled numerous intellectual property disputes and rendered successful outcomes in infringement matters. Her practice focuses on assisting businesses and individuals to identify and protect their IP assets as well as evaluate their portfolios to minimize costs based on long-term expansion goals. She advises on licensing and acquisitions, including branding on the Internet and social media, and use through employment agreements and non-compete agreements. Jyoti represents a variety of clients including established technology companies, startups, small businesses in the creative and culinary fields as well as not-for-profit corporations. She also serves as outside counsel for companies in the greater Denver area. Jyoti has a background in business transactions and employment counseling.Jyoti began her career as a corporate attorney in Silicon Valley, then in-house counsel for the Gymboree Corporation in San Francisco. She externed for the Honorable Ronald M. Whyte in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Jyoti earned her Juris Doctor at Villanova University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Journalism and a Minor in Biology from the University of Delaware.
	Mollie Zaring, Commercial Specialist with Travis Henderson State Farm.  Mollie has over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry and enjoys helping protect her clients from unexpected events.  She loves learning about various businesses and their owners and  has a soft spot for creative-type businesses in particular, striving to provide insurance knowledge, guidance and appropriate coverage.
	Salima Dadani, owner of Partnered Business Solutions, is a seasoned and successful financial professional with over 20 years experience developing and implementing accounting procedures and practices.Her targeted expertise is in departmental reorganization to maximize efficiency. She has a strong understanding of multiple industries from advisory and operational perspectives.
