Four tables, four experts. Whether you are starting a photography business or already in business, come join us as we talk about the latest trends and changes with experts.

Limited to: 20 RMCAD students and 20 other students, members and/or non members

Topics Include:

Marketing (blogging, social media, networking) – Julie Rodriguez is a marketing expert with extensive experience in social media and a niche in restaurants. Her blog, Julie Likes Food, focuses on helping Denver transplants and visitors find amazing places to dine. She currently works full-time with Bonanno Concepts, but often consults with small businesses on how best to use social media to reach their goals.

Contracts – Dave Ratner is an attorney who specializes in entertainment, intellectual property, and business law. His practice, Creative Law Network, is grounded in a sincere passion for helping creative individuals and businesses navigate the complex world of contracts, negotiations, and business law.

Finding a Niche – Rick Souders owns and operates one of the most successful food and beverage photography studios in the country. He has been recognized internationally for his food and beverage work. Rick lectures across the U.S. on topics including lighting, food and beverage photography, running a successful studio, self promotion and more.

Business Taxes (sales & use, etc.) – Bryan T Schmitt is a CPA who assists taxpayers and small businesses with taxes in Englewood CO and the surrounding communities. He has years of valuable experience as an IRS registered tax preparer.
