Brews & Business Monthly Virtual Meetups – Our October topic is “Ask a Pro”

Ask any photography, business or ASMP-related questions you may have. This can be about getting and keeping clients, insurance and liability, marketing and self-promotion, how to set up a business, gear, reasons to be an ASMP member and other similar questions.

Speakers:

	Katie Warnke is ASMP Colorado’s chapter president and our Friday night panel moderator. She has a background in photojournalism and now specializes in headshots and business branding for professionals in Colorado. She’s been shooting for over 20 years, first at newspapers and then for her business, GreenEarth Photography. Katie has her BS in Visual Communication (Photojournalism) from Ohio University.
	Rick Souders, owner of Souders Studios, is very well respected worldwide for helping food and beverage clients elevate their brands. Rick is an honors graduate of the Art Center College of Design and has been a part of many award-winning ads, campaigns and cookbooks. Rick is truly known an artist in the realm of food photography.  He is a master with lighting, color, texture and composition.  In the Denver, Colorado area, Rick is known as “the Mile High Food and Beverage Guy.”  Rick has spent his career giving back.  He has lectured about lighting, food and beverage photography, self-promotion, running a successful studio and finding your niche.  He is on the Board of several non-profits.
	Paul D. Weinrauch is a passionate corporate and portrait photographer based in Colorado since 2005. Paul’s passion became a purpose back in 1999 when he sold everything, traveled across the country for years and captured his entire journey through a lens. Although he continues to operate his photography business, his primary mission in life is to be of service to others. Currently, he is the Department Chair of the Visual, Audio, & Media Arts Department at Red Rocks Community College. When he is not working, you will find him enjoying cooking delectable meals and hiking 14ers and other peaks throughout Colorado with his family.
	Paul Trantow is a 20-year veteran of the commercial/corporate photography business. His clients include Fortune 100 companies in health care, construction, and finance. He specializes in the photography of people on location and is often on the road shooting for websites, annual reports, and marketing pieces. He has been an ASMP member since 2000.
