Our 2020 Photo Assistant Workshop has been revived and will be virtual this year. Please check back as we add more details and to register for this event.
Join ASMP Colorado for our three day Photo Assistant Workshop and receive your Certificate of Completion (when you attend each day).
Day 1 is an evening panel discussion. Day 2 & 3 are half days learning different aspects of gear & software.
Friday, September 18, 6 – 8 PM, features an in-depth panel discussion with local industry professionals on the business of assisting. If you are interested in learning more about, or trying to gain access to, the Colorado photography market this is a great opportunity to ask your questions and learn what it means to be a great assistant. If you are a professional photographer who has never hired or is looking to hire new assistants this will be a great time to meet many new faces.
Friday Night Panel:
Saturday, September 19, 9AM – 1PM, has local pros showing you how to use everyday equipment at 3 of the 6 different stations.
Sunday, September 20, 9AM – 1PM, is a second day of local pros showing you how to use everyday equipment. There will be an optional quiz you’ll want to take if you’d like to earn a Certificate of Completion. Following the quiz, we’ll help you get your profile set up on ASMP’s Find An Assistant page, so you can get your name out there to start working.
