Setting Creative Intentions

Tuesday, April 28, 2026
6:00pm – 8:00pm
See You Soon
1757 N Kimball Ave., studio 203C, Chicago, IL 60647
Join us for a peaceful, immersive session designed to restore balance and gently calm your nervous system.
We’ll begin at 6:30 p.m. with soft, accessible yoga movements and guided breathwork to release tension and increase flexibility. From there, you’ll be led into a quiet meditation to settle the mind and ease into the sound bath.
As the session unfolds, the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and sea drums will surround you, inviting deep relaxation and a meditative state that supports rest, renewal, and inner calm. You’ll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and at ease.
Each sound bath is created around a unique intention, this session focuses on Embracing Your Creativity.
No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary. This is simply a chance to slow down, care for your well-being, and explore a restorative way to relax and refocus.
Wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring a mat, blanket, or pillow to help you feel comfortable.

Greg Archer is a published author, fellow sound bath practitioner and yoga instructor, teaching at FFC health clubs throughout Chicagoland.
Sound healing has ancient roots worldwide, and current scientific evidence indicates that sound baths are a healing modality. By combining musical instruments, sound waves, and frequencies, we shift our brainwave activity into a more balanced state that supports healing and repair, modulates stress, and promotes a more relaxed mindset.
