Want to mix more video into your photo practice? We’re partnering with Dodd Camera Chicago to host an Intro to Gimbals workshop led by Dodd Associates! A gimbal is a compact, portable device that provides camera stabilization, so you can shoot silky smooth handheld video. The class will start with a presentation covering the essentials—setting up and balancing your gimbal, basic operation, etc.—followed by hands-on practice.
Please note that this is an introductory class; we invite attendees who want more practice to schedule a follow-up session. We encourage you to bring your own gimbal if you already have one, and we will have some on hand to use.
