Growing for Good

Come get your hands dirty. ASMP Chicago/Midwest & APA Chicago are collaborating to photograph Urban Growers Collective, a nonprofit farm building a more just and equitable food system in Chicago. We want you to join us to take pictures of the farm throughout their growing season. Click the link below to sign up!

We invited Austin-based photographer Scott Van Osdol to show how shooting pro-bono makes new friends, builds the portfolio, and wins big prizes! See the work that built Scott’s career and appeared in Communication Arts and Luerzers 200 Best Advertising Photographers.

Scott will present his work during an artist talk with farm-to-table bites on July 28. Then, you can sign-up to photograph the farm alongside Scott on July 29 (about 10 spaces available). If you can’t join on 7/29, we have additional dates open from June to October 2023.
