    This agreement between you and ASMP is non-exclusive. The licensor is free to enter into separate license agreements with third parties interested in using the same photograph(s). By this agreement, the licensor allows ASMP to use the attached images on the ASMP website, newsletters, and social media channels. This usage will be limited to the ASMP website, newsletters and social media channels only. This license is not transferrable to a third party. You remain the sole owner of the image’s copyright. No transfer of intellectual property is made by this agreement. ASMP agrees to credit you in a reasonable manner whenever the image is used with this text: “copyright 2016 Member Name” and whenever possible a link to your member page. This agreement is effective the date of the upload and you agree to all of the above by submitting your image(s). Thank you!
