Copyright Office says 50 is the max

The Copyright Office has revised the rules for group registration of photographs: There is now a maximum of 50 continuation sheets per application. That will accommodate a group of 750 photos.

In memoriam: Charles E. Rotkin

VPLC sets 'Poverty in Virginia' competition

The Virginia Poverty Law Center is staging a juried photo exhibition to educate the public through art about the lives of low-income families and individuals. Photographs in the competition must be shot in Virginia within the last three years.

The Loupe to target picture buyers

A new magazine, The Loupe, will let photographers exhibit their images to picture buyers and, conversely, make it easier for buyers to find images. The first issue is slated for July 2005.
