Eugene Mopsik, Executive Director of the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) delivered an important paper on Photographers & Collective Licensing as a speaker at the Kernochan Center at Columbia Law School Symposium “Collective Management of Copyright: Solution or Sacrifice?” on January 28, 2011. The title of his presentation was The Practical Difficulties of Creating Collective Management Schemes for Photographers.
