I am an experienced news photographer in Central California with 20 years experience shooting for daily newspapers. I have been freelancing independently for almost as long and have experience shooting lit portraits and other editorial assignments around Central California. I work quickly to produce digital files quickly by email, CD or FTP and will negotiate rates and licensing to match industry standards. I have a number of awards in news photography including honor from the National Press Photographers Association and Associated Press. I have spoken at conferences for NPPA and Brooks school of Photography. I recently started my own wedding photography business.
