Environmental Portrait Gallery

In honor of longtime ASMP member Arnold Newman (1918-2006), the ASMP Bulletin asked members for their 'environmental' portraits, a style of portraiture that Newman pioneered. It was one of the most successful image calls we've ever experienced; members submitted far more work than the printed magazine could ever publish. In this online gallery, we present a wider selection of the images we received, as well as hotlinks to each photographer's Web site.
